Triple win at the Kindberg hill climb and the Styrian state title
Kindberg, 16 May 2026: a commanding triple win in the women's elite and the Styrian state title.
At the 14th Kindberg hill climb, the 2nd Franz Sitter Memorial Race, we celebrated a commanding one-two-three in the women's elite and with it also took the title at the Styrian state championships. The race was organised by RC ARBÖ Kindberg and listed in the results as the Styrian state championship.
Cookina set the tone from the gun. On the demanding climb the race was hard but clearly controlled: a start-to-finish showing with tight team spirit, consistent work on the front and a podium entirely in Cookina hands. In the end Anna Kiesenhofer, Magdalena Bernhard and Katharina Machner stood on places 1, 2 and 3 of the women's elite.
A standout too: with Sophia Schlagenhaufen another Cookina rider also placed inside the top 10. The result shows not only individual strength on the climb but exactly what Cookina stands for: ride together, fight together, win together.
Women's elite: 1. Anna Kiesenhofer, 2. Magdalena Bernhard, 3. Katharina Machner, 7. Sophia Schlagenhaufen.
